Biballi .Backpack

– 39cm x 12cm x 27cm
– Biballi is a platform. It is based on the Ikego Grid. This allows additional modules to be bolted on and functions to be enabled.
– The transparent version can be used to signal things to your environment. Light can also be installed for fun or transparency simply helps to find things quickly.
– Very easy to clean and not susceptible to water. This makes it well suited for playground toys, for example.
– Beach and Water? The first prototype undergoing extreme stress testing. It also shows another way of assembling the backpack (closure).
– The closure strap retains this shape, giving the backpack character.
– The cord is knotted. The right cord (e.g., clothesline with polypropylene core) allows you to make stable knots that can still be easily loosened and moved by hand without tools. Clothesline is also extremely durable.
– The backpack after 3 years of intensive use. It holds up perfectly and retains its shape. No other backpack can do that. The nuts and bolts can still be loosened (for reuse or backpack modification).

Biballi‘ is a modular, durable, super lightweight and upgradable backpack ready to carry supplies for the sustainability revolution.

Meta info

  • This backpack was created quite some time ago. It is a precursor to Ikego. The backpack was a major inspiration for the development of Ikego. That’s why, to be honest, it’s not 100% made up of multipurpose parts. But it is for the most part. Can you find a use for the backpack body?
  • The backpack follows the Ikego grid.
  • The backpack is designed to be assembled from polypropylene (0.8 mm sheets). Polypropylene is a fully recyclable plastic. This allows for a truly circular backpack. Transparent polypropylene can be recycled into all colors. Black polypropylene allows the use of previously used (formerly colored) polypropylene.
