152.2 – Node Ring 2 connections for ⌀30mm rods, ⌀50mm

What is it: A connector ring
Material: strong | standard tolerance
Dimensions: This ring accommodates a ⌀30mm Elephant Rod. The inner circle diameter is therefore 30.1 or 30.2 mm. The ring enclosing this inner circle is approx. 10 mm thick, bringing the total component diameter to 50 mm. The component is 30 mm high and features four contact points for ⌀30mm Elephant Rods or “Nodes”. On the inner sides of these contact points are pockets for M6 hex nuts. These pockets are 5.5 mm deep. Additionally, these pockets feature a 16 mm diameter rim on the inside for furniture connector bolt heads. This rim is 2 mm deep. – This allows you to insert an M6 hex nut into the ring and use the ring as a collar or clamping ring. Alternatively, you can insert an M6 hex bolt, an M6 countersunk bolt, or an M6 furniture connector bolt from the inside so that the thread points outward through the hole. This enables the ring to have things screwed to it from the outside, such as Elephant rods. The Holes have a diameter of 6mm. | This part allows for very little to now tolerance. it does not need to be round though. A square with the same outer dimensions should work equally well.
