114.1 – 3 corner bracket, M6, 15mm to edge

What is it: A bracket with three sides
Material: strong | standard tolerance
Dimensions: ~22x22x22mm, the distance between the center of the hole and the edge is fixed to 15mm. All other dimensions are subject to the standard tolerance. All the brackets shown here (so far) create pockets for M6 nuts. This allows this part to be 3D printed for example and still have a strong thread and flush surface. However, angles without pockets are also part of this component if the other dimensions match. | STL files for various versions of this part are available for download below.
Holes: Three ⌀6mm

This distance (centre of hole to edge) is fixed on all three sides. All other dimensions are variable.

Ikego is an evolving circular design experiment. The core idea is to build products from multipurpose parts – parts that can be creatively reused like LEGO® bricks – to create products that can be creatively transformed in infinite ways. The parts are open source and mostly very easy to make. The system is collaborative: We invite designers to use it and contribute new parts and products – as part of their professional work or just for fun! And we encourage manufacturers to make products using the Ikego System and to sell them on the market. Small local workshops can also make Ikego products and sell them to individual customers as a ”local make”. This is called “decentralised manufacturing”. It’s sustainable, very sustainable!
